Welcome! 

Hi, I'm Sherry - I am in my mid-50s. I have three grown children and two grandchildren. I have two large dogs that are my constant companions. I have been a stenographer for 37 years.  So, I am not a therapist or a physicist, by any stretch of the imagination; I’m just like you.  But by engaging in a new way of thinking, I have created a new life and found peace after a lifetime of struggling with the effects of childhood trauma.
